Processing Time:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be processed the following business day.

- Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. You can view shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping to other countries. Will we will offer it some day. When we do, international shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply upon delivery, for which the customer is responsible.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Undeliverable Packages:
- In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We take utmost care in packaging your order. However, in the rare event of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
